Editing save games to unlock all skins and vehicles

- Navigate to where the data is saved (it's likely in a directory in the form of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<some number>\233740\remote)
- Backup organtrailcloud.txt just in case of problems
- Open the file in a text editor.
- For all skins, find Skins : in the file and update the number to 00000000111111111
- For all cars, find Cars : and update the number to 011111
