28 for this was extremely simple, but improving from that took me 4 more hours. It is insane how tight everything is in this IL. The only reason I got it is that I found a groundpound cancel strat that was a handful of frames faster than the strat I was doing (in the first room). I got frames off so many times I stopped counting. I don't know why I did this on an IL that is so random, but I really wanted to get 27 and not give up.
