Am I blind or did the world record holder act_z didn’t do act 8?! He completely skipped it? Is this allowed? Please someone confirm if I’m blind or he actually skipped the level?

The rules say that “Complete every act in the game in order (act 1-9, and then the Vexation). You can only warp to acts you have completed.” Which means you have to complete act 8 too? So is this allowed or no?

I think the rules were made before the Act skips were found, so you don't have to play all of the Acts anymore
