I just want to check, I was told we can not have the Pre order DLC items for a speedrun. Is that still the same, or did that get changed?

I am new here, so I just wanted to add information, but trust the moderators who do this a lot more. If you beat Classic, you can upgrade on other difficulties, then carry those back to Classic NG+. May not add a category but at least info for people who like running harder difficulties because it will change the time.

If we are playing on console, and the IGT by the game is incorrect, what is the best way for us to time our games to get the correct time?
