@TheGreatestRoman This is false, you can also see rejected runs. I don't know of any website for that, but i recall that the (official?) Speedrun.com Discord bot can give you a (massive) list of rejected runs.

(late ahh reply sorry lol) You can use Atum for superflat. Just shift-click the boots and there will be a superflat toggle.

Also, having a WR in a category does not automatically make it a priority. I don't know what these mods were on. If you want a category to be added, you can suggest it in the MCSR Discord server (very unlikely to be added) or the MCSR JUICE Discord server (less unlikely). However, in this case, the category is objectively boring because it's trivially easy to get the minimal time. So there's basically no chance that it gets added. Hope this clarifies the situation!

Read the leaderboard rules. It's not in the allowed mod list, so it's not allowed.
