I have same problem, my videos on YouTube are recorder with bandicam, but it can only record 10 minutes and it has annoying water mark, so you need to get world record if you want to record with bandicam. Thats only reason why I havent done almost any speedruns yet.

Resource packs are allowed, but not all. There are specific resource pack rules for what is and what isn't allowed.

I submitted run month ago and it hasnt been accepted or rejected. Im not sure has anyone even seen it.
