That is a REALLY risky strat. if you find a way to make it work 100%, maybe taking a bigger curve to the vent that would help.

Nothing mentioned in any patch update for the barn. Might be buried in the minor patch updates. Until then whatever glitches you find for the barn is down to you all. I've always seen it as pure RNG for spawn location of the pipes

That is a dead risky SR strat, especially since the chicken spawns right around the corner
