No. this is not allowed. As far as preps and all missions go, they must be completed from start to finish as glitching a mission completion counts as cheating. However, you can use warps in between transitions such as lobby jumping and whatnot as well as any other discovered hidden mechanics in missions that does not glitch the mission into completing.
As far as coop RTA goes, multi-hosting is perfectly acceptable so long as you don't glitch the mission completions themselves.
However, say we were to get the leaderboard split into a glitchless and glitched any% RTA, then this would be perfectly acceptable for a glitched run. PC players would be using the prep skip glitch that is out now and would only have to play the finale...
With these notes being said, I believe that all points were addressed and that this thread should be closed down for further discussion.
Nah, no need. Keep the same leaderboard, we'll just keep a mental note of folks' solo runs. Best solo run in the leaderboard will be undoubtedly noticed
I second @kameraten. I would like to see the GTA Online section of this site completely re-done where we would see an individual category (perhaps under Doomsday) that would feature individual levels in the dlc by themselves. This would include individual setups and individual finale missions. Sure the GTA Forums has an Elite leaderboard, but the individual section here would only cover speed as a result. And thus, the elite criteria wouldn't have to be necessarily fulfilled. I'd also ask that the speedrun requirement must also have a difficulty set to Hard across all runs. This suggestion also goes hand-in-hand to individual apartment heist missions.
If you want to be extra, I wouldn't mind seeing two sections based on different difficulties (normal and hard). The extra life on normal difficulty has a huge factor in GTAO speedruns.
Also, a separate leaderboard for PC speedruns vs. Console speedruns would be great to see.
