If you are running on the current version of the game I cannot verify that either of those glitches still works. I haven't been actively running in quite some time (I am currently adding another moderator who has come forward saying they have the time and ability to assist in moderation though) and its possible the dev fixed those issues in an update at some point. I checked 3-4 patches ago and the 206 glitch still worked, but that was the last time I know it was working.
For the tutorial glitch with the fence, are you having an issue jumping over the gap or getting onto the fence using the ramp?
Dug back through the ini and seems to not be an easy change any more. So I would have to agree that, for the sake of runs being able to be done consistently regardless of the time of year, they shouldn't be allowed unless they can be enabled again regardless of the time of year without changing hardware clocks.
We found that there are minor things that might have an effect but ultimately since you can turn them on and off (last I checked) we decided to leave it up to the runner. If it is no longer able to be changed by an ini edit then we need to readdress it.
I think GG is pretty busy with his stream that is starting to pick up some traction with him playing Apex. I'm not sure if he has any further intent to run the game but he did voice that when 300 was released that might attract him back. I'm not 100% sure but as it stands I don't mind being the only mod as there aren't currently many runners. I would also encourage you to join the thief sim discord as a lot of random speedrun and game related discussion happens there. If the community goes beyond just 3 or 4 people I will probably ask another runner to join me in being a moderator just as a safety measure and in case I'm unable to get on to verify runs for some reasons. As to why self-approved. GGCookies is not active so I'm the only mod at the moment, so if I don't approve my runs at the moment the only person on the leaderboards would be Oceans.
To address Greenview% I looked back at the video and the rules. The time ends when you pick up the box after 104's car and just noticed that the highlight I made cut out early. I will go back and change where it cut off (honest mistake) and put a new link. Thank you for saying something as I may not have noticed that for a while since I don't run Greenview% all that often (usually I use it as a warm up for story%).
To address what I'm guessing is the reason it cut off early for those videos is I put too much trust in splits.io's "auto-highlight" feature, which obviously is not as accurate as I thought it was. Again, thank you for drawing that to my attention.
I have now gone back and re-highlighted the runs with appropriate end times, once the highlights finish they should be view-able. If you find any other discrepancies please feel free to bring them up (publicly or privately, whichever you feel more comfortable with) so they can be addressed.
