Screenshot submitted from the very same machine, confirming that this machine will be added to the glitched boards moving forward.
0:28 - Confirmation that the beam width is 10 miles wide, and that it can hit anywhere on the metal casing of the machine. This also invalidates the current 'WR' as this was done on the same broken machine. That explains two 'WR' submissions within close proximity in the last few days. The casual hip firing is something you just cannot use on a properly configured machine.
How would we mod the settings of the cabs? Would we need a show of the test menu as part of the run? The issue is, people usually go for hours to be able to get such a quick time, and to find a tech with a key at the precise time they get a top time would be difficult.
I agree with you though in principle because the machines at my local area, there's no way you're casually firing under a 2second run like these last few submissions..
To be honest I'm also sceptical of the current #1. The lack of any real precision suggests to me that machine has very wide beams, making it almost impossible to miss.
Is the dip strat where you just aim anywhere and it registers? If so, sure looks like it..
Making great progress, nice to see. Well played.
I lost the passion a bit for this as the local cab is knackered now, no handbrake and both wheels loose.
It would be great to see a tripod cam further back showing all your inputs including pedals. Obviously not required, but would be good to see!
Emulator and Arcade shouldn't even be combined, never mind Saturn. Come on mods, sort it out please..
Cheers. You'll win cos I play many games, I'm just casual. Probably won't play again for a month or so.
First person also has advantage of smaller hitbox so can get closer to corners, but hate driving in that mode.
I definitely think it would be nice to have a 1CC section as it requires the player to play totally differently and not rely on bomb spam :)
Having just got into this game, I'd like to see a separate 1CC category please. Is that possible?
Can you please confirm which venue this time was achieved at? It's required for the submission to remain valid.
Cheers Ben, much appreciated. Hopefully the PCB will be fixed in the next few weeks and work properly again, so feel free to submit a new run once you notice stage 3 target moving again ;)
