I would like to start this thread because the categoristaion of this game is wonky (in my opinion). This is because there are runs for Ego Draconis Any% and only one other category that runs the entire game with the Flames of Vengance DLC. In this category is also Pafis run which was played on the Dragon Knight Saga version of the game. This is not specified in the category and the thumbnail of the game suggests that it is played on the newer edition (Developers Cut). The Developers Cut version implements some balance patches which means Pafis run is not possible in this version. Therefore there should be a specification in the runs category that specifies the games edition. I will try to post a developers cut run here soon.

Edit: The Ego Draconis Any% runs are all played on the dev-cut version of the game but i.e. my Any % run for the entire game is faster than their times for only the Ego Draconis part. I think it would be fair for everyone to split these categories. Another point is that (to my understanding) people were able to purchase the DKS version on steam but got upgraded to Dev-Cut when it was release. To competetivly run this game you would have to buy an original DKS disk although they theoretically bought the game on steam years ago.

This will be my last edit, I am only writing this because I like the effort the EgoDraconis runners put in and dont want them to lose their record because somebody comes and just uses the DKS version and far inferior strategies.
