Small update; Napa Valley(8km) is the shortest race at lvl 1, so if u start at Sierra Nevada, u can do city with the rat killer, and save a couple off seconds there compared to my run on the board, (make sure u get the upgrade before u start Pacific highway (8.8km) tho) :)

i think its fine to use a savestate for start off the game, saving time on resetting itself ... :P

Agreed with Molotok here, as game shark cheats already kinda implies whats going on.

Toke quite some attempts to get used to it, actually did a lot off level4 before it because i wasnt able to handle the bike at first.

For big game mode, u also dont wanne get wrecked or busted, massive time loss there, and also money (talking from expierence here lol) or worse if u do after a bike upgrade, theres a HUGE chance ull be out off money, and there for will be required to reset. tho u could use the ingame save feature there i guess, which isnt available in Trash mode on atleast the ps1. (had to check for this last bit, been a while already :P )

After getting annoyed on failing Sierra Nevada LVL3 , more often than I'd like to admit, i came up with a "backup"

starting off the same here, Win next 7 races (rest of lv1 and all lv2 races = +$12000) and buy the "Vampiro" ($15003 - $13796 = $1207)

After level 3 : (so start lvl 4) i bought 750cc Kamikaze N Also did lvl 5 city with this bike, upgraded to stiletto (900cc Assassino) after.

Finished a run, lots of trouble at Napa Valley lvl5 sadly (and lost like ~14minutes or so there)

New to running this, and gotta say , tho i like the idea, id assume this would be unfair to older RTA;s, tho for IGT, it shouldn't make a difference right?

Questions regarding this run.

1st: Why is it rta timed? wouldn't faster load times (ps2) give an advantage? (the other road rash game i run uses ingame time for thrash & IL's)

2nd, For IGT , shouldn't yours be 26:09.400 or am i missing something here? edit: thought u forgot to add last race for IGT, but even that be off.

Agreed. Archmagus showed me how it works, game is lame enough as is? tho id be intrested to see how it be optimized compared to later orders ud normally get. If it be allowed, id opt for it to be a separate category instead, as it takes out a bunch off client RNG.

on a side note: what about a glitchless category?

Cant say for sure how this works, but managed to replicate this a bit later on in my stream, again at lvl5, at lvl3 i did end up at police station.

Might be usefull for some kind off timeskip /warp for lvl25+ runs?

Rules state, not giving away or selling, But what about extra orders for extra xp, and using it urself (ingame ofc)?
