Hey Ya'll! I Just wanted to share an alternative way of recording your switch, without a capture card, Idk if many people know this. But there's a HDMI Input port on xbox one.
So What you could do, is use your xbox to capture your Nintendo switch gameplay.
Heres How to do it: 1.Plug Your Nintendo Switch's HDMI Into the INPUT port of your xbox one then ofcourse the output port will go to your TV (like normal)
-
Turn on your xbox, and Open up the TV App (It might be called one guide, If so then open that)
-
Turn on your switch
-
Now your switch screen, should now be showing on your TV/Monitor. And your done! Just use the xbox one's inbuilt recording/streaming feautre. And you are good to go!
Hope this helps some people, who have xbox one's aswell as the switch. for capturing gameplay. If you need any help feel free to ask me. I Don't actually have a xbox one. but i found this method while finding alternatives to a capture card. i ended up having to buy a capture card, but i got it for quite cheap. (£30) For a Elgato Capture HD, and it does the job. I Was very lucky to get it at that price.
I Can't figure out what the difference is... probably because i'm dumb but xD What is the difference between Any% And True Any%? if anyone could explain that'd be great ;P
