Hi, no run has been verified for Mario Kart 8 in the last 4 months. I tried to contact the MK8 mods on the site, Discord and YouTube, but I still don't have an answer. I sent a run 3 months ago : https://www.speedrun.com/mk8/run/y6r1wlpy I don't know if someone already asked to be mod for this game, if not and if it is possible, I would like to become mod for this page.

When I wrote the rules, I decided that we had to start with a new level because I was not sure if we could have an advantage (manipulation on the appearance of the balls, the order of appearance of levels and bonus levels, etc.). But the expert difficulty is different because there is one level that clearly gives more points than the others, and more than 10,000.

After checking, starting with a level that has already appeared (other than a bonus level, with 0 points) does not seem to be a problem. So unless another mod thinks otherwise I'm going to change the rules.

(Also the autosplitter doesn't work well with me, I don't know if people have this problem but sometimes it restarts after each level.)

Hello, I've been waiting for 4-5 days for a WR on QUAD ³ but the only mod has been inactive for 3 months. I tried to contact him but no answer. Moreover the speedrun page has no rules defined, no details on the game version and a dead Discord link.

If he remains inactive, I'd like to replace him and rearrange the game page.
