As stated in the Bad Minecraft discord, Cut A Tree with gun is no longer applicable. The reason is because it is very hard to re-time the runs and we decided it’s best to not have it. So please don’t submit there anymore, and have fun running other categories.
Dear everyone, As from this point forward, I will no longer be a moderator for Minecraft Classic and will be stepping down for that matter.
I have felt a presence in this game that this was going to be a difficult task at first, and since the start of moderating this game, it quickly began expanding. About a month in, I realized that my job of being a moderator was so important that a lot of +'s and -'s started rolling in through my time and by the end of today, the - level had gotten so high that I felt like my time had come as moderator and it's time to move on.
I have all the love and respect for the current moderators and wish them the best in the future moderation and categories for this meme speedgame. To all the runners who I've looked at your runs or have recognized me as for being a figure, thank you. But life has it's ups and downs, and being a moderator for a game with almost 500 active players is brutal.
On New Years Eve 2020, I will leave Minecraft for good and to take a breather from this community. I do love this community, but I do need to just focus on speedrunning other games I am passionate about like indie games and miscellaneous games outside of the Minecraft series. Thank you all for your support, happy holidays, and have a beautiful life.

If you have any category requests for the game, let us know and us mods will decide if people will actually speedrun the category and are interested in taking the time down.
Our mod team has decided to change the categories for 25 and 50 holes. There will now be categories where Skips are allowed(but only can be used for a few holes), and categories where Skips will not be allowed at all for the entire run. For any runs that disappear on the leaderboard, feel free to re-submit them.

As you all know, you are able to skip holes in this game, and if you don't, your run basically is dead. We don't know whether to have a limit of skips, have no skips, or have all skips allowed in a run. We will decide in an update forum post later this week.

Before you start reading below, yes I know that game requests are a little backed up recently and people say I have to be patient with the game requests, but when it gets really backed up, I’m getting concerned as if my game will take 2 months to get to.
Some of my friends have had game requests go on for more than a month now and have had no motivation to run the game when it takes forever to be put on the leaderboard. Not that I hate the moderators, because I respect everything that I do, but I’m just worried that others might leave the site if the game they requested isn’t be verified in the 1-2 week timeframe.
This isn't about my game requests so I’m completely fine with mine taking a while. In particular, I’m worried about others getting their game done whenever it happens just so they can feel pleased with the SRC mods. But when it takes more than 1 and a half months to get a game verified, there must be something wrong and we should help out. I know I haven’t been particularly nice about this thread, and I know people are going to disagree with me on my opinions about this.
All I have to say is, I feel like I want to help out people who want to speedrun one of their favorite games and put it on a leaderboard for them to enjoy, but when you have to wait a long time for that to happen, you lose interest in that game, and probably don’t want to speedrun it. If we can get some updates on this, that would be great. Thank you.
I'm going to make this loud and clear. I'll still run this hack, but I would like to take a break for like a week or 2 because I'm not verifying anything. Alaska will be temporary mod for a bit, but when I come back, I'll make changes. I won't be back to verfiying runs until school's over. Be good, mods. I'm counting on you.
I swear, and I'm going to say this one more time. If one more idiot retimes more WR with milliseconds, I'm going to lose it. I was wondering if maybe every mod that rusn this game can follow these rules.. I feel like we shouldn't verify our own runs. It's kind of annoying and it just makes no sense now. The multiplayer thing should just be optional. I know I added my friends to a run, but that makes zero sense for future runs. One more thing, we should never give mod to anyone carelessly. If it's a twitch partner, that's a different question, but for anyone else, it makes no sense. Anyways, I hope everyone in here can follow these rules respectively.
I don’t know where exactly to post this, but I’ll post it here. I would like to request series mod for Hasbro Family Game Night. I know the series has just been added and approved, but I have a few reasons why I would be the perfect series mod. The reasons are as followed. I currently moderate all 4 games in the series, I have done the most runs out of anyone who has submitted runs for the series, I am the owner of the series discord, and I’m planning on adding more games in the future, so it’ll be easier to submit more games. If this doesn’t happen, that makes sense, I guess.

Why did my game request get rejected? Hasbro Family Game Night belongs to me, and @OddPandemonium didn’t get my permission to create this series, This is unacceptable. I need an explanation. Why does this happen? Who did this? The person who already requested it was one of my friends wtf. I was supposed to be the series mod. No questions asked. I’m just...so confused..
Hello there. I understand that with submitting series requests, it takes a while for a series and even games to be verified by content mods. With mine almost taking a full month, I completely understood why it took so long. But then, for some reason, I realized that I didn’t get all of the games verified for the series. And me being my stupid self, I forgot to get 3 games on the site. But before my series got rejected, I posted two game requests for the other 2 games I missed. So basically what I’m saying is, was I too late to submit the games? This means that because I didn’t submit them earlier, I now have to submit the full series again, and waste more of my time trying to get this series approved correctly. Sorry, I feel like I’m being a huge jerk about this, but I’m honestly just really mad at myself and also really confused on this process because this is my first time submitting a series request. So all I have to say now is, Is there any possible way to edit series requests? Or should have I just deleted my series request in the first place and could’ve just stayed with this process. I feel like I made a huge mistake making this, but just realizing that I have to post the series request again just sickens me.
If you guys ever look at this game, and you’re thinking that we need new categories for this game, let me your thoughts so me and the mods can consider thinking about adding those categories!
I’m going to do a marathon run for Board Game Island for RogueHQ’s Rogue-a-Rama:RNG-a-thon 2020. I was hoping the moderators of this game would like to add a “Marathon Runs” category, so for future runs during marathons of any category can submit their type of runs to this certain category. No one really has to add this category, but in my opinion, it’ll be fun for some people to submit their marathon runs of this game to the category!
