Do you mean beating the game w/o using any of the dlc levels? If so, then no.

If you're suggesting that a least portals inbounds category be added, it already exists, the No SLA Legacy(17 Portals) category is short for Inbounds No SLA Legacy, and, as such, is Least Portals Inbounds.

Generally mods don't add categories people don't run, and I suppose most ULTRAKILL speedrunners just don't really like running glitchless, especially with how much of this game's tech borders glitches, I can't even imagine having to be the one in charge of deciding what is and isn't a glitch. Regardless, I don't believe they take text suggestions anyways, discuss in the discord w/ other runners, and if there's interest, they'll consider adding it. Inbounds is probably the closest to glitchless we currently have, although that doesn't exist for IL runs, presumably because not enough people wanted to run it.

I imagine that'd be against the rules, the idea behind the category is to not stab yourself.

This seems oddly specific, but I'm not a mod so we'll see

I was looking at the world records for each of the levels, and found that in First Class they grabbed the intel with an out of bounds glitch. I wanted to try it, but couldn't find the intel anywhere. The video seems to be on the Quest version, so does that strat only work on Quest?

Could you please elaborate?
