There should be an IL leaderboard, where you collect one of the stars from a new file. There are some cool strats that only work for singlestar runs (e.g. youtu.be/NVvlPx8AJ6U), making ILs very distinct from 25 Star
I've created a quick setup guide for Crystal Seeker, which informs you on where to play it and some important settings to enable

DEBUG MODE
How to access: If you hold Q while you click the flag, it will enable debug mode
Alternatively, if you load the save "debug" debug mode is enabled, and a save file with four crystals, 396 coins, and all ten levels unlocked is loaded
Debug features:
-
FPS will be displayed
-
World Record times will not be saved
-
Pressing keys 1-9 and K will warp you between levels with a hard reset
-
Pressing M unlocks levels 1-9, but you still need to collect the requirements for boss fights
-
Pressing B unlocks levels 1-9, and causes completing a level to unlock Hide Guide. You still need to collect the requirements for boss fights
-
Pressing G will create a save point, which saves only your position
-
Pressing T will load a save point
-
Pressing 0 + Q while in a level will complete it
-
Pressing N while in a level sets your coins collected to 99
-
Pressing O will enable/disable chunk rendering
-
Pressing i will enable/disable "Fast Mode," where the entire game is sped up
Also, without debug mode enabled you can press Q + L to delete all data (which Includes things like level geometry and some text).
The difference between the IL categories "RTA" and "No RTA" is whether coins will pause the timer. In 100%, you collect all coins, so 100% [No RTA] would effectively be just a different timing method for the same runs.
I found a useful glitch a while ago which I call "axe climbing," where you repeatedly jump on a swinging axe to get to higher places. I don't understand how it works, but I do know that it is pretty hard to do, at least without a setup or idea of what exactly you need to do. At the moment, I think using this for skips is only viable in ILs.
In the following video, I show it in action for a big skip in Fling Ring. Note that you can preform the skip using any of the axes, I just used the furthest one because it's closest to a checkpoint.
There should be leaderboards for individual levels. I personally am not too interested in doing full-game runs, but I might try single levels.
