Hey, SRC can be kinda annoying to navigate sometimes. If you go to the page for the base game (Wii Sports Resort, as opposed to Wii Sports Resort Category Extensions) and then click "Levels" at the top, you should be able to find some table tennis categories! I don't think there are any table tennis categories on category extensions just because there's nothing super interesting to do
The rules specify that you “must play against CPU in Tennis, Baseball, and Boxing” and win depending on the category. I believe this is applicable to all categories
One game of boxing, one game of baseball, one game of tennis, and one game of bowling are tracked as part of the All Sports sum of best (one game of golf has its own categories). If you're interested, join the Wii Series Speedrunning discord and inquire about the sum of best!
