Recently i've been speedrunning other games and a run with i've found really fun is low% runs and i thought it'd be intresting to try it with bpr. I was thinking that stuff that is tracked in the pause menu (like smashes, billboards and super jumps) should be avoided and maybe some other stuff which could be considered.

If i do not have a capture card am i able to record a screen with the game on and get the run verified through that. If so are there anything i have to put in the recording?
