Speedrun notes

I recorded these notes while watching Kragnir's most recent WR. 

The goal is to make a heads up document that can be used while running. I wanted to record some of the basic stat benchmarks for each phase of the game.

**Phase 1 stats recorded**
- Upgrade purchases (bulleted items)
- Excess inventory
- Price and Marketing purchase column (lines on either side)
