Mednafen emulator was used

Japanese version was used giving triple damage on magnums.

I only found two differences in the max% numbers from the PC version. The missing large med in Midas, and the missing small med in Cistern. Other than the the pickup and item counts are the same.

This isn't meant to be a perfect segmented run, but just something to show the route and show decently preformed RTA viable strats.
