Ladder movement tied to FPS

Hi everyone,

I've picked up that my ladder movements are a lot quicker than other runners, after doing a bit of digging it's become apparent that ladder movement is completely tied to fps. When running the game I set 'SYNC FPS' to 'OFF' for smoother gameplay, however after turning on the in game framerate display during testing I can see my framerate is way higher than I thought (200-350fps) and it was causing my ladder climb/descent time to be almost instantaneous.

I've now set 'SYNC FPS' to '60' getting the game to run at a stable 60fps, and have decided to delete my previous runs as I don't like the idea of me having had an advantage due to the uncapped ultra high fps I was getting.

Obviously there are no 'Rules' around FPS settings and not many people run the game, but with the 5 ladder movements in total I've estimated I was getting about a 14 second advantage total over others by the end of the run which in speedrunning is quite significant. It could be worth establishing a rule around this going forward, but from what I can see no other submitted runs have this issue.

In any case I'll submit another run again in the future with normal 60fps ladder movements ;)
