Commenting just for clarity - As i was doing my checks at the end of the run to double check i had everything - Moria presented that i didn't, so i looked it up online to see what if any i could have missed, located the one, and went to it (all of this is in the submission video) - as i got there it said You already own this item and upon quitting the level - it acknowledged that i now had it. What a weird bug. In any case i kept all of that as i said in the video to show me going and checking and it saying i already had it lol. Also bad run in any case - run should be 4h15m i estimate if i hadn't missed a token on Helms Deep.
