Re-timing Runs and setting millisecond standards for all categories

Hi all,

Over the next week or so, I will be re-timing the boards. The start and end frame remain exactly the same. I will simply be instating millisecond requirements for each category. I will not be re-timing obsolete runs, as there are many. If a run's time is changed, I will make a mod note in the run's notes.

Milliseconds will be required for runs under these thresholds below. Milliseconds will be removed for runs longer than these thresholds.

100% Easy: sub-6

Any% Easy: sub-5:10

100% Normal: sub-6:30

Any% Normal: sub-6

100% Difficult: sub-9:30

Any% Difficult: sub-8:30

Beanball: sub-0:40

Individual Levels: milliseconds always required
