New Timing for Runs

Hello Everybody! I'm just making this pose to announce new RTA rules. Runs that need to be timed RTA (Runs that use real time) will no longer end on the first frame that the cat changes facial expression. It will now end on the first frame that the "Level Clear" screen is seen. Not the entire thing, just when the first visible part is on screen. All current RTA runs will be retimed, thank you and have a good day!
NEW NEW RULES FOR FULLGAME AND NEWGAME+ RUNS
The ban on secret exits for NG+ has been reversed to be consistent with the other SCT games. Timing now starts when the "level start" screen disappears.
