Added an extra boost jump + jump at the red slope, shoutouts to SpeedEgg for the idea. It's tricky to pull this strat without bumping anything in the way, but if done correctly it saves around 0.8s. The rest of the timesave comes from a cleaner opening.
No quick exit tho, sorry :p
UPDATE: Sonic 1 Tails submissions reopened as of patch 2.0.2
