not really, haven't done a run in a minute, but I want to get back into it. I'll do some runs this week, and see if I can come up with some rules that would make sense !

As some of you pointed out, the Rules have been outdated, and I have adjusted them now as of 10/10/24
It has been a while BUT I have finally found some time to lay down some ground rules for the Any % Normal Difficulty category.

ANY class is permitted
-
Runs Start when you click the "Normal" Button and boot into the game ( this can change if boot up times differ for lower end machines )
-
Runs End when the ACE button appears!
If there is anything you guys’ notice, PLEASE post it here so we can have a little revival of this forum/game. I will be doing some runs today and see if I can get the record back,

Congrats on the recent record!
I was kind of waiting for someone to take the old record before trying to improve my time so I might try to get back into this game as time allows.
One thing I noticed was that you said the run ends when the crown appears, but in your run you end when you hit the ACE button. If it does end when you mention in the post I think your run would technically be a few seconds faster than the time on the leaderboard.
It doesn't really matter to me when at what point exactly the run ends just wanted some clarification to make sure I don't submit the wrong time.

Will definitely do some more runs now that my semester is like half - way done and see how far I can push. Your strategy with the "Reversal" spell to bounce back some late game damage was definitely Interesting! I tend to struggle during that part of the game so I will play with that idea for a bit.
