For whatever reason splits i/o won't show my splits, so I've included my splits file in the zipped files here:

Unfortunately, this attempt session is the only one I forgot to record in Nestopia, if need be, I will repeat the run with a recording. All of my attempt sessions for getting the 4:58 were streamed live on my twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/tomolinooo
Also, I would like to point out that maybe I am incorrect about my final time by a frame, because I'm unsure how many frames I lost on axe.
