I wonder what all of the super mario bros. speedrunners doing like practicing or goals on what they want to do. I'm asking this question because I'm going to break at speedrunning because of school (yes we have school on June and july in the Philippines).

I want a 457, then I'll either grind for a better 8-4 or add a FPG, get a 457.34 or better, then go for a 456.

If I can tolerate playing any% long enough to get a sub 5 I’d be fine with that. I don’t find any% enjoyable at all. I might play it once for a little bit every couple of months. Warpless on the other hand, I’d like to get sub 19:20 maybe sub 19:10 someday.

I'll be going for sub 5 Any% in the future, sub 5:05 in Any% All-Stars, sub 20 in both Warpless categories, and better 2:39 in Minus World Ending. And these are only official categories, because there are "meme" categories too.

Im going for a low 457/456 for any%, sub 20 for warpless, sub 2:40 for minus world, sub 5:07 for SMAS any%, and sub 5 pacifist for SMBCE

456/455/454 any%, 233/232 Minus World Ending, 443/442 AISSON. Maybe Warpless someday
