Glitchy Wall Jumps

Glitchy wall jumps are wall jumps that act like normal jumps, only moving upwards and much higher. they can be used to skip sections in levels by jumping much higher than intended, like on easy course 13F. The easiest way to do them is simply wall jumping twice quickly on two walls not too close to each other.

Strategic Save & Exit

Levels with moving objects have a default position that they will go back to if you save and exit and then re enter, this can be used to change in which point of the cycle these levels are without having to wait. It's used on many levels in the speedrun, as it can save many seconds on levels with slow cycles if you arrive at them when they're at a worse position than their default position
