not sure if what i did in this run is allowed or not.

so heres what i did, i brute forced au countries but the au and nz cities i rerolled until i got wellington (before i beat au coutries) making it so i could get wellington as soon a i alt tabbed into the next map. you can reject this if it isnt allowed or ping me on dc if you dont understand.
