Why are cutscene skips not allowed? I've never heard of that being a restriction in any speedgame, but if there's a valid reason I would like to know before changing the rules.

Okay, well since no one responded, I'm just going to go ahead, call upon my mod powers, and get rid of that rule. From what I can tell, 6 people agree with me, and I heard nothing back after five days. If there is an issue with that then they can reply here.
