I also turned off V-sinc in SANABI because I want to play the game without a frame rate cap. However, I think that turning off SANABI puts a cap on the frame rate. When I turn it on, there seems to be no upper limit. I'm currently playing on. It took some time to get used to it, but eventually I was able to use it smoothly.
