This IL does a relatively new setup to get the extremely difficult IL 11 strategy in as few as 7 frame perfects. I've been practicing this strat pretty extensively, and my consistency at each of the frame perfects is pretty good at this point (this run was b2b past the first two). Overall, a clean run of this strat can save about 3.5s over the 11 in WR and about 15 seconds over a good normal 11.
