Watch Clipping Using Bandicam
A friend taught me a way to watch clip for PC only using bandicam. A certain hotkey (in this case, Tab) can cap your FPS to lag the watch menu.
I just wanted to know if this would be allowed for speedruns as it says in the rules something about external applications being prohibited.
