The area is near the start of rooftops chapter. This seems to be one of the only prompts I got this to work (tried a couple of chapters after) but maybe I just don't understand it well enough. I'm hoping posting it here might let people with more experience understand what is going on. I don't think this is known.

The basic idea I have for semi consistency is you want to try and have the prompt flash really quickly off and on the screen. If you time the press correctly you can make Chris climb instead of vaulting the prompt.
