Why are times from last update still on the leaderboards, especially the beginner mode times. There was a literal change in wave structure on beginner mode and yet the times from the previous update are still there, shouldn't the times from a previous update get deleted, especially when there is a clear difference in times between updates?
Yes but the problem is that there are times on the leaderboards that can't be beaten simply because they were beaten an update earlier. The 16:42 hidden wave run for example, is literally impossible to beat, as the current fastest possible time is a 16:44. Something needs to be done about that.
I do think something can be done, but again, simply deleting everything would be pretty cruel, and there is most definitely another thing that can be done.
I was thinking about adding a "Version" variable and defaulting the display to the current version, but I'll have to talk about it with JokerFactor and then the community before proceeding.
@ThatNashi You’ll have to compile all runs. When or if I add the version, all runs will likely be deleted because they don’t have a set version variable.
@JokerFactor They just wont be visible until the default is set to anything without one.
