Added custom "Score" variable for Freestyle submissions

Hey all, i know its been kinda low in terms of activity but i went ahead and added a custom variable for you to say what score you achieved in Freestyle runs.
keep rockin, keep this game alive, but above all Keep this game Pure.
WR Video requirement for IL times.
Added the rule "Video is required for WR times." for all IL's. Effective now.
Full Game Runs also require video for all run submissions.
