I've peaked. This is one of the hardest Glitched levels in the game, and the reason for that is you need to be out of build mode by the time the hydraulic finishes. If you create the bridge EXACTLY as I did, then the hydro finishes once the right-most bus's back wheel is about on the center of the second road node. Watch where the bus's back wheel is when I turn it into simulation mode, and you'll see the node I'm talking about. If you delete the 2 roads too early, the bus can't make it up, but too late means the hydraulic phase finishes. So what you want to do when practicing is slow it down to 20% speed, and delete the 2 roads at exactly when the wheel first makes visual contact with the node. At 20% speed, you have about a half second window, but in this run I full-sended it, and at 100% speed you have probably a 5-10 frame window, if I had to guess. With this ballsy strategy, I only managed to successfully do it 2/10 times, so in a full game run, I would slow it down to 20% and zoom in :)
