Because of the release of the new map "Skull Island" I did some adjustments.

As first the new map is now added as an individual level. I also changed the name of the Full Game Runs from "All Heists" to "Classic Heists", so the existing runs can remain. A new "All Heists"-Category will coming soon, but I need to find a solution first to add new maps for this catgory in the future.
