Hey I'm brand new to the Payday 2 Speedrunning scene but Looking at all the categories I wish that levels like Big Bank and Golden Grin casino had a 100% Category I which you can only escape if you have done all mission objectives. I personally like to play these heists a lot in loud but because of the major skips by going out of bounds on these heists I feel it takes away a little bit from them when running them especially since running them Glitchless doesn't stop the use of Major skips. Just to be clear I am totally okay with any% runs being the way they are I just want the alternative of 100% with these heists.
Going out of bounds is automatically a major skip. Unfortunately we don’t have a skipless category but it doesn’t mean you can’t run it, I believe for GGC there is a coop run that is skipless on the main leaderboards but this means you can’t skip anything, you even have to wait for the civ to stop walking to be sick after you spike his drink in stealth. When it comes to new category’s being added you need at least a decent demand for it as moderators can’t just add new categories every times someone asks for them and there is already so many for payday that we have 2 sets of leaderboards for them
Adding to what ZOMB13Z said, if you ever decide to give the category a few tries and record your runs, feel free to post them in this thread and if some other runners show interest in the category we can add it to the leaderboard. We mainly don't add new categories unless there's a bit of interest since they can be hard to mantain and the more categories we have the more it makes the leaderboards as a whole look bad and confusing.
