[mod note] I want give you some tips for the future runs:

You can run the game on Normal difficulty, it's much easier than Nightmare because you can tank more damage before character's death even from the Chris. Nobody forbids to run on high difficulties but I recommend to run on Normal

You can start the run from the 1st checkpoint you get after character went from the car. Just start the recording of video from loading this checkpoint if you will use this method of starting run (it helps to avoid long annoying cutscene and it's officialy allowed to start the run from this checkpoint)

[42:42 video timecode] I noticed that you look to the door while running on floor. Maybe I'm paranoic and think that you want to skip falling to the hole but I should warn you that in glitchless runs any skips of triggers/animations/dialogues etc. aren't allowed and you have to trigger all of them (even falling to this hole in Female Ward). I noticed it just in case to avoid some issues and possible rejections

In this run you stopped timer a little bit earlier but run ends by rules when character put his hand on the floor in last cutscene before army appears. You are lucky because your timer started later so the Real Time is almost the same. So if you don't use autosplits and Load Remover please don't stop the timer manually before army appeares in last cutscene before credits

About autosplits, you can use it to avoid issues of starting and ending of timer. With autosplits timer starts its work when you move the character or the mouse, ends when character put the hand on the floor and has Load Remover to stop its work on loading screens. So if you want to use it to easy you life and runs you can write me on Speedrun.com and I'll give you my splits (only if you want). And NEVER stop the timer manually on loading screens, NEVER. I don't like it)

After discussing this a lot, me and the Mod Team decided that Buttbounces are now officially allowed in the Glitchless category!
Why the change?
- A buttbounce is only a visual effect, it behaves exactly like a regular jump.
- Buttbounces only save about **3-4 fram
