Got the good start and just enough of a good ending finally. Amazing that apparently the amount of ninja don't matter. Could have got better luck with more multi-city assassinations, and the end game rulers just didn't attack one another enough. But after a ton of labbing probably the best I'm gonna do. RNG is vicious in this one :(
