New mod appointment

So... hi! I got modded on this board to take over, since the previous mod was inactive. Thanks to this mod for holding the board for the time they were on it :-)
I set email notifications for run submissions, and hopefully runs will be approved much faster :)
Bit of housekeeping
Hey! It's been a while. Just letting everyone know that I've done a bit of housekeeping on the board's rules last night and early today.
The edits are as such:
- Changed the format of the main rules to a numbered list
- Reworded some already existing rules
- Added specifications in regards to the
Recente runs
