Hi all,
As some of you may know, we currently have a bit of a problem with ScummVM running The Neverhood at different speeds for different people.
I have compiled a handful of runs and put them in a video to showcase the issue.
I intend to make the The Neverhood speedrun scene fair for everyone, so I am currently looking into different ways of how to solve this.
For now though, all runs can still be submitted like normal, until we find a way to make emulation speeds even for everyone. When/if we manage to find a solution, we will update the rules and potentially remove runs that have a game speed faster than our solution.
In saying this, if you have any suggestion of how to solve this kerfuffle, I am more than open for suggestions!

I can't understand,why does so many people play on emulator?Because it's really easy to start on new computer on windows 10(windows 11 didn't try).Thanks if someone answers me.
don't you literaly need to use an emulator to play it on PC? idk maybe not, but yea using an emulator is simple
@KilleDragon I just installed the game and it started on its own, without emulators and other software. Windows 10 x64
