Patch: Custom Race Editor

This assets_p.dat can replace the original file (save a copy of the original if you want). It will run through Steam without issue. In multiplayer, every user MUST use this assets file if completing races through the custom race editor. Be sure to turn off racer AI to access additional checkpoints!
