So after seeing how bad my 29:11 was I just decided to go for the sub 29. Only took like two grinding sessions, so that's nice, but that's just cause PB had literally around like a whole minute to save. Now it's more like 50 seconds or so. I think sub 28 is actually possible with an insanely good run. Almost choked the sub 29 at the end with my signature penguin slip choke
Glad I got the run, but yeah it's very improvable
