How to elevator skip

This game has multiple glitches. The elevator skip saves the most time, which is why I'm making this guide.

When you reach the elevator room, quickly press ctrl+tab twice to switch your tab away and back. This causes the koopas to fall before you get to the elevator, which is what makes you proceed to Bowser.

If it doesn't work at first, keep trying.

How to speed up by jumping and kicking

Mario Combat is a broken, glitchy game. 
You can take advantage of this to fly through the air using kicks
This is the easiest glitch/exploit to do by far in the game.
All you have to do is press A, jump, and mash A.
This will propel you through the air at a fast speed. 
If you land, press A, jump, and mash A again, you will go even faster, and so on until you land.
This is most effective for stages 1 and 3.
