Genesis Plus GX with Retroarch

I showed the Retroarch menu and GPGX version at the start of run

Note to mod: There wasn't any specific Start and End times so I went with start at difficulty select and end when screen transitions to black, retime or let me know if I need to retime if this is incorrect.
