Is there a web version of the game with an IGT or do I have to get it on Adobe Flash Player for the timer?

Yeah, you need to get it on Adobe Flash Player for the timer. Maybe you can get it to work with Ruffle on Google Chrome, but it would probably be a bit buggy and laggy.
